Used By One Person or Two

This is a big, long kayak with two seats, making it great for partners and buddies to use together but it’s design also allows one person to paddle it.

We will be reviewing some of the most impressive features and addressing some of the most commonly asked questions about this model.

It’s over 15 feet long, definitely has ample leg room and provides comfort!! But maybe you want something a little smaller in length? If so you may want to look at the AdvancedFrame Sport Kayak.

Since inflatables are what the company ADVANCEDFRAME specializes in we definitely think you need to check out what this company has to offer if this is the type of kayak you want to purchase.

If you don’t want to read our boring description the video below does an excellent job at giving you all the information: See The Best Price Online

Biggest Question about Inflatables

It is durable?

Not all inflatable kayaks are made equal. There are many cheap crappy models on the market that might suffer a puncture after only a few uses but there are also extremely durable models on the market that can rival hard shell kayaks in durability standards.

We had the opportunity to paddle with the  Advanced Elements AE1007-R kayak for more than a week on Maine’s beautiful Penobscot Bay. This bay is littered with small islands.

Current Owner Feedback

We did a week of island hopping paddling in the Advanced Elements AE1007-R AdvancedFrame Convertible Inflatable Kayak on Penobscot Bay in Maine.

We landed on the beaches of many of these small islands all of which were littered with mussel shells and rocks. As we came closer to the shore on the first island we landed we were more than a little skeptical about landing on the rough beach.

But after we got the first landing out of the way and noticed not even a scratch on this kayak our skepticism faded as we landed on more and more hard beaches. This kayak is made from a triple layer of super tough material, not exactly sure what they call the material but it’s definitely super-tough.

Besides Being Tough and Durable

What else is there to like about this model

The stability is top notch. This is going to allow you take take it out into the range of water environments, from calm lakes to fast rivers, the ocean and bays.

What gives the Advanced Elements AE1007-R kayak such outstanding stability is both due to the well thought out dimensions (length and width) and also the special aluminum ribs built into both the stern and bow sides of the kayak.

These aluminum ribs also greatly help with the enhanced tracking ability of this model when compared to other inflatables. In fact, when talking about the tracking, it’s not as good as hardshell kayak of similar price, but it’s very, very close to being on the same level.

Storage and Portability. Going on a trip to a lake or the ocean? You can take this kayak on plane with you as a piece of luggage. This is another great feature of inflatables.

Also, maybe your living circumstance will not allow you to store a kayak? With inflatables you can fold them up and store them in your bedroom closet.

Comfort. It has great seating and leg space. Seating is adjustable and plenty of built in padding. Take a Look and Read What People Say
